At MBC, we continue to grow and are now looking for a QA Automation Engineer to join May Business Consulting and work on the improvement and expansion of an existing test automation framework with one of our clients.

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and proactive QA Automation Engineer to  work on the improvement and expansion of an existing test automation framework for one of our client project.

This  is a role will full-time role (5 days/week), Monday to Friday,  initially for 6 months.

The succesful candidate will be designing, developing, and implementing testing solutions for Typescript Web, Java Backend and Mobile. 

Responsibilities:

• Work within an existing test automation framework to develop and maintain automated test scripts for web applications using Playwright.
• Contribute to increasing automated test coverage by identifying critical scenarios for automation.
• Suggest, design, and implement improvements to the framework to enhance robustness, scalability, and maintainability.
• Adopt structured automation patterns and working closely with cross-functional teams to guarantee the quality of web applications.
• Implement automation design patterns such as Page Object Model (POM) or Screenplay Pattern to ensure best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
• 1 year proven hand experience in automating web tests using Playwright.
• 1 year proven hand experience with POM or Screenplay Pattern.
• Knowledge and experience with Maestro for Mobile.
• Experience working within established frameworks and contributing to their improvement.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to  as part of a team and collaboratively.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic project environment.
