About the role
We are looking for two senior consultants to join a key financial crime compliance project within the Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) space. The roles will focus on oversight, technical validation, and risk assessment tasks, working closely with first-line teams in a large international banking environment.

Responsibilities:

• Global Risk Assessment
  
• Product identification
  
• Red Flags identification
  
• Product to Red Flag mapping
  
• Red Flag to Controls mapping
  
• Gap assessment
  
• Review and Testing of Scenarios/Rules/Models proposed to cover gaps
  
• Develop and suggest alternative controls to improve effectiveness
  
• Technical review of calibration of scenarios/models
  
• Review and test any changes in the data flow architecture
  
• Review and test any changes in the model/technical architecture
  
• Generate KPIs to measure success against predefined criteria

Requirements: 

Experience in some of these areas: 

• Knowledge of conducting Transaction Monitoring Risk Assessments in a large Financial Institution. 
• Knowledge of the products and product features for CIB (Trade Finance, Capital Markets, Cash Management, Correspondent Banking).
• Knowledge of the AML typologies relevant for CIB.
• Extensive experience of working with SQL and Spark.
• Advanced Python skill and experience (including Streamlit).
• Experience of conducting Scenario calibration (including ATL/BTL).
• Experience of running end to end data reconciliation.
