About the role

We are looking for a QA Automation Analyst with experience in Selenium. This role is focused more on executing and analyzing automated tests rather than developing or programming them from scratch.

Ideal for candidates who have a strong understanding of test execution, know how to interpret results, and are comfortable working in banking or financial services environments.

Responsibilities

• Execute automated test cases using Selenium WebDriver.

• Analyze test results and report issues using JIRA and Xray.

• Collaborate with QA leads and development teams to validate and troubleshoot bugs.

• Participate in test planning and review sessions.

• Maintain clear documentation of test cases and results.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in QA testing, ideally focused on test execution with Selenium.

• Familiarity with Java to understand and manage test scripts.

• Experience with test management tools such as JIRA, Xray or similar.

• Strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented mindset.

• Working experience on Jenkins.

• Integration experience on Selenium & Jenkins.

• Experience on designing and running an automated Selenium suite.

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

• Fluent in Spanish is a big plus. 

• Experience in banking/financial services.
