About the Role

We are looking for a Payments Business Analyst with experience in banking environments. You will be involved in key payment projects for one of the largest financial institutions in Europe, supporting business and functional requirements related to payment systems, SEPA, Swift, and ISO20022.

Main Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business and functional requirements related to payments.

• Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.

• Support the implementation of payment schemes such as SEPA, Swift, instant payments, and ISO20022 messaging.

• Participate in process improvements and project documentation.

• Perform testing and support UAT phases if needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Business Analyst in the banking sector.

• Strong knowledge of payment systems, SEPA, Swift, or ISO20022.

• Understanding of core banking processes and regulatory aspects.

• Good communication and documentation skills.

• Fluent in English and Spanish is a plus.
