About the Role

We are looking for a BA / Solution Consultant with experience implementing complex technology solutions within the financial sector. You will support architectural design and systems integration for a large core banking transformation programme.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the definition and implementation of new core banking solutions.

• Work closely with architects, technical teams, and business users.

• Analyse business requirements and design integration processes.

• Ensure alignment between the solution and business goals.

• Provide functional support for solution delivery and implementation.

Requirements:

• Experience in digital transformation projects within banking.

• Knowledge of cloud migration, Azure, and data integration processes.

• Experience in agile and multi-disciplinary project environments.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

📍 Location: Basingstoke (UK) – HYBRID – 3 days/week onsite required
