About the Role

We are looking for two senior Programme Managers with strong experience delivering large-scale transformation programmes within major banking institutions, particularly related to payments regulation and transformation initiatives.

The successful candidate will lead programme delivery in a complex and highly regulated financial environment, coordinating multiple stakeholders and ensuring effective programme governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale banking transformation programmes.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams across technology, operations, and business units.

• Ensure alignment with regulatory and compliance requirements within the financial sector.

• Manage programme timelines, risks, milestones, and governance structures.

• Act as a key senior stakeholder interface across business and technology teams.

• Support the implementation of payments-related regulatory or transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience in programme or project management within large banking organisations.

• Strong experience delivering complex transformation programmes in the financial services sector.

• Experience working in regulated banking environments.

• Ability to manage senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

• Strong programme governance, risk management, and delivery oversight experience.
