About the Role

We are looking for a Change Manager with 7–10 years of experience in business transformation, process improvement and organisational change to join a high-impact transformation programme within the Financial Services industry.

This is an initial 2–3 month full-time engagement, with strong potential for extension and the possibility of transitioning into a permanent position with the client, subject to project needs and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business change initiatives across strategic transformation programmes.

• Analyse and optimise business processes, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Design and evolve Target Operating Models (TOM) and operating model frameworks.

• Manage projects, ensuring delivery against agreed timelines, objectives and milestones.

• Develop and execute change management and stakeholder engagement strategies.

• Facilitate workshops and working sessions with business and technology teams.

• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure successful implementation of change initiatives.

• Support the definition and execution of transformation and continuous improvement strategies.

Requirements

• 7–10 years' experience as a Change Manager, Business Change Manager or in a similar role.

• Proven experience in Business Change, Process Improvement, Operating Model Design and Project Management.

• Demonstrated experience delivering organisational transformation and operating model change programmes.

• Previous experience within the Financial Services sector is highly desirable.

• Strong understanding of IT systems and the ability to translate business requirements into technology-enabled change initiatives.

• Experience managing stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.

• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.

Location

London (Liverpool Street) – Hybrid working: 2–3 days per week in the office and the remaining days working from home.
